FAQ
How do I find my correct faja size?
Always measure your natural waistline and hips using a soft measuring tape before placing your order. Do not rely on your standard shirt or pant size, as compression garments fit tighter than everyday clothing. If your measurements fall between two sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.
How tight should my faja feel?
Your faja should provide firm, snug compression without causing sharp pain, numbness, or breathing difficulty. It should sculpt your silhouette while allowing you to move and sit comfortably.
Can I wear my faja post-surgery?
Yes, our garments are designed to support post-procedure recovery (such as liposuction, tummy tucks, or BBLs) by helping manage swelling and supporting skin retraction. However, always consult your surgeon for specific recommendations on when to start wearing high-compression stage 1 or stage 2 garments.
How long should I wear my garment each day?
If wearing for daily waist training or body shaping, start with 2 to 4 hours per day to let your body adjust, then gradually build up to 6–8 hours. If using for post-op recovery, follow your doctor's exact wear-schedule instructions.
How do I care for and wash my faja?
Hand wash your garment in cold water using a mild detergent. Do not wring or twist the fabric, and never put it in the dryer. Always line dry or lay flat in a shaded area to preserve the elasticity and high-compression material.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept exchanges for sizing on unworn items with original tags and hygienic liners intact within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene and health regulations, items that show signs of wear, scents, or wash cannot be returned.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days, and tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
